I’ve lost my pass, can I request a duplicate?

Grandvalira Resorts does not issue duplicate passes, but you can buy a loss insurances at the resort’s ticket offices that allows you to obtain a free duplicate of your pass in case of loss. The cost is 1,7€ per day/person. 
If you purchase the accident insurance on the slopes, it already includes loss coverage.
