Furious by Pal Arinsal
Furious by Pal Arinsal is a product of the Pal Arinsal Bike School aimed at children from 3 to 11 years old. It offers families an ideal setting in which their kids can learn, enjoy and share the sport of mountain biking with other children their age under the supervision of specialised monitors who guarantee personalised developmental monitoring.
The club's goal is to promote the more technical side of biking, discoverint various places in Andorra where they can practice mountain biking, beyond the Bike Park of La Massana.
The club offers a seasonal course with classes every weekend between May and October, and during the school holidays there is also the option of enrolling in specialised thematic campuses.
Push bike (3 to 5 years)
For kids who are just starting out in the world of bikes and don't use pedals yet. The goal is to learn the basics like balancing on the bike, controlling their speed, and above all, having fun with friends.
Trails: Pump Track, paved trail with a gentle gradient, flat mountain bike trail.
Required material: Bicycle without pedals, mountain bike helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, long gloves, backpack, windbreaker and ski lift pass.
The fee includes: classes and a T-shirt.
Mini riders (3 to 6 years)
Their first experience in the world of pedal bikes. The goal is to learn how to ride on trails with slight gradients with roots, stones and other small challenges that allow you to control speed and stability on natural trails.
Trails: Non-traffic paved trail, Pump Track, paved trail with a gentle gradient and mountain bike trail with a gentle gradient.
Required material: Bicycle with pedals, mountain bike helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, long gloves, backpack, windbreaker and ski lift pass.
The fee includes: classes, a T-shirt and a federation licence (insurance).
Level 1 (6 to 8 years)
At this level, the little ones are ready to go out to the Bike Park and take on the moderately sloping green trails, with changes and variations in gradient, and passages with roots, stones, and other challenges. The goal is to learn how to control speed and stability on natural trails with low difficulty. Learn the basic rules of riding in a group in the Bike Park and above all, have fun with friends.
Trails: Skill Center, Pump Track, low difficulty XC trail, DH trail with slight gradient/green trails.
Required material: Semi-rigid bike with front suspension, full-face helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, long gloves, backpack, windbreaker, spare inner tube, ski lift pass, and back protector.
The fee includes: classes, a T-shirt and a federation licence (insurance).
Level 2 (8 to 12 years)
The course is taught mainly in the Bike Park, on green and blue trails with technical sections, medium-high altitudes and low-level jumps and drops. The goal is to improve their technique on the bike and start going downhill by introducing jumps and drops.
Trails: Tracks: Skill Center, Pump Track, medium/high difficulty XC trail, DH trail (green and blue).
Required material: Bicycle with double suspension, full-face helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, long gloves, backpack, windbreaker, spare inner tube, ski lift pass, and back protector.
The fee includes: classes, a T-shirt and a federation licence (insurance).
Level 2++ (from 12 years old)
For older children who can handle red trails with technical sections and black trails with moderate speed and medium-high level jumps and drops.
The goal is to improve technique on high-level trails and high-speed curves.
Trails: Skill Center, Pump Track, XC high-difficulty trail, DH trail with gradient, red and black trails.
Required material: Bicycle with double suspension, full-face helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, long gloves, backpack, windbreaker, spare inner tube, ski lift pass, and back protector.
The fee includes: classes, a T-shirt and a federation licence (insurance).
Campus Furious
The Furious camp is aimed at children from level 1 (from 6 to 8 years old) and level 2 (from 8 to 12 years old) and takes place during thematic summer weeks.
Schedule: From 9.30 to 13:30 h.
Calendar:
July: From 8 to 12 and from 22 to 26.
August: From 5 to 9 and from 19 to 23.
September: from 2 to 6.
