Where can I obtain the passes and services I’ve purchased?

You can collect the services that you have purchased online at the express machines (TVM) or directly at the Pal Arinsal ticket offices. We have 8 TVM machines across several locations: the town of La Massana, the town of Arinsal, the entrances to the two sectors and the Illa Carlemany shopping centre. Our ticket offices are located at the foot of the La Massana and Orriols cable cars in Arinsal, and also in the Planell building in Pal and the Comallemple building in Arinsal.
