Bike Pass season pass

If you had a Bike Pass in 2024, in order to benefit from the special product as a loyal customer, you will receive an email with a code with which you can register on our online platform to purchase your Bike Pass 2025.

You will have to enter this code at the moment of registration, just when it asks you if last year you already had a season pass during the summer. You will have to mark CLIENT FIDEL and enter the corresponding number to get the final price.

In case you don't receive this code, you can request it through our web form.

On the other hand, if you had the Bike season pass last season, remember that now you can recharge it in the purchase process. You will need to find the last active ski pass you used on the slopes, as you will need the central numbers of the printed code.

Grandvalira Resorts reserves the right to issue or not a duplicate of the season pass. It will investigate each case individually.

To block your lost or stolen ski pass, please contact us at web form or drop by any of our Pal Arinsal ticket offices.

Where Grandvalira Resorts authorises a replacement Bike Pass, this will be issued directly at the ticket offices. Issue of a replacement pass involves an administration fee of €20 to be paid by the pass holder.

Grandvalira Resorts will not issue any invitation during the process of authorizing a duplicate.  If the client wishes to use the Bike Pass, they must purchase a day pass at the ticket office, without obtaining any later refund by Grandvalira Resorts.

In case of accident, illness or pregnancy you can contact us through our online form, and the Grandvalira Resorts season pass department will study each case and apply a compensation for the summer 2026 as long as the ski pass has not been amortized.

The discount vouchers will only be valid for Bike Pass season pass customers who cannot enjoy it for different reasons such as pregnancy, accident on the slopes or illness.

Important: The compensation vouchers for the 2026 season are personal and non-transferable. Grandvalira Resorts will not refund the difference in price or allow a transfer to a friend or family member.

The amount of the medical insurance for the summer its pending confirmation and can be contracted through the online platform or at the ticket offices at the time of purchase of the Bike 2025 season pass. Those holders of Andorra Pass, Nord Pass 2024/25 who did insure their winter passes, but want to insure themselves for the summer, will also be able to access this medical insurance by paying a supplement pending confirmation for insurance.
We remind you that, once the Season pass has been used, the insurance cannot be added.
