If you have a Nord Pass (annual pass), take into account the following information.
The Nord Pass is the property of NEUS DEL VALIRA S.A.
The annual pass is personal and non-transferable. It may be requested for verification by any person authorised as a Grandvalira Resorts employee. Carrying a pass of which you are not the owner is considered a fraudulent act by both the carrier and the owner. This act may result in a financial penalty or a report to the police.
Grandvalira Resorts is not responsible for refunding an annual pass due to climate issues during the season. Alternatively, it commits to considering possible suitable compensation for its customers.
Grandvalira Resorts reserves the right to issue, or not issue, a duplicate pass. It will study each case individually.
To block your lost or stolen ski pass, please contact us via our email nordpass@grandvalira.com or drop by any of our Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal ticket offices.
Where Grandvalira Resorts authorises a replacement Nord Pass, this will be issued directly at the ticket offices. Issue of a replacement pass involves an administration fee of €20 to be paid by the customer.
Grandvalira Resorts will not issue any invitation to ski during the process of authorising a duplicate. If the customer wishes to ski, they must purchase a day pass at the ticket office, without obtaining any later refund by Ordino Arcalís and/or Pal Arinsal.
Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal will not issue any complimentary passes to customers who fail to present their annual pass, for whatever reason. Should the customer wish to ski, they must purchase a day pass at the ticket office at the RRP, or request a duplicate of their Nord Pass (€20 per duplicate). Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal will not subsequently refund any monies paid in either of these cases.
Grandvalira Resorts will not make any kind of cash refund where more than 5 skiing sessions have been enjoyed.
Grandvalira Resorts has ski insurance available for its customers, which must be taken out before the first skiing session. We recommend reading the coverage of the same.
Grandvalira Resorts commits to studying each case on an individual basis always once the ski pass is returned together with the corresponding medical certificate.
Regulation based on the new law on mountain resorts of 09/06/22 published in the BOPA on 22 June of this year. Source: www.bopa.ad
Dear customer,
If you have not been able to enjoy the Snow as much you would have liked this season, don’t worry, we will compensate you for having missed out on the snow!
Grandvalira Resort offers all of its customers that have become pregnant, had an accident on the slopes, or become ill a discount voucher for the following season which may be redeemed when purchasing any of the 2023-24 Grandvalira Resorts Season Passes. This voucher may only be used for the season immediately after the one in which the compensation was requested. If, for any reason, the Season Pass for the following year cannot be used, please contact us via our email nordpass@gmail.com to explain the situation before the end of the 2022-23 season.
You won’t be left out wanting snow!
Discount vouchers are only valid for Season Pass customers that have skied 14 or less days in the season (according to type of pass) and that cannot continue to do so for the remainder of the season due to pregnancy, an accident on the ski slope or illness. Important: the Nord Pass may not be used as a foot pass, once the accident, disease or pregnancy has occurred. All lifts/descents in the resort’s elevators are counted as a day of skiing and thus affect the compensation ratio. Discount vouchers are personal and non-transferable and only apply to the affected pass holder. Under no circumstances may the voucher be exchanged by a person other than the holder of the Nord Pass. Compensation terms are established according to the number of days skied during the season regardless of the last date that the customer stopped skiing.
Important: The compensation vouchers for the 2022-23 season are personal and non-transferable. If you wish to use them during the Early Booking sales period, Grandvalira Resorts will not refund the difference of the price or allow a transfer to a friend or family member.
How many days skiing have you enjoyed during the 2022-23 season?:
IMPORTANT:
Seasonal passes, such as Resident, will be considered as used based on the amount paid by the customer and divided by price for a one day ski pass at the ticket offices).
The Season Pass customer service department must be contacted between 2 December 2022 and 16 April 2023 (both inclusive) to request the discount voucher.
In order to process the discounts, the user must provide the required documentation and/or medical reports as well as the pass holder’s Nord Pass. The Season Pass Department will determine the type of discount that each customer shall receive in accordance with the aforementioned discount policy. These discount vouchers are personal, non-transferable and will only apply to the affected holder. Under no circumstances may the voucher be provided to any person other than the holder of the Season Pass. The Season Pass Department reserves the right to refuse requests made during two consecutive seasons, but commits to study each case.
