What is necessary to use the Bike Park?
First, the most important thing is to have a bike that is suitable for enduro or downhill riding (with good damping), an approved full-face helmet and protective gear. You can rent all the necessary equipment in the local shops. Likewise, to use the different circuits and lifts, it is necessary to purchase the Bike Pass. This does not include any other service.
Warm up on the Pump track, download the map, and start to make your first contact on the green tracks, before you start on the rest of the routes. We recommend you book some lessons at our Bike School if you don’t have any previous experience.
Where can I buy the Bike Pass?
You can buy the Bike pass online on our website (you will get a 10% discount if you buy it in advance): www.shop.vallnordpalarinsal.com You can also buy it at the 24-hour ticket machines in Pal and La Massana. During working hours, at the customer service offices in the Planell Building in Pal, at the La Massana cable car ticket offices or at the Tourist Office in the Fontetes Square above the La Farrera Negra Parking (La Massana).
What is the price of the Bike pass?
You can buy a 1-day Bike Pass for €33 for adults (from 16 years old). If you buy the pass for more days, you can save between €2 to €10.50, depending on the number of days of the pass. Also, children from 6 to 15 years old, and seniors over 65 years old, have a cheaper rate.
The price of the Bike season pass is €243 for new customers, €185 for repeaters and €125 for residents.
What does my ski pass include?
The ski pass includes all the tracks and lifts of Pal Arinsal Bike Park Andorra.
What types of season pass can I use to access the Bike Park?
You can access the Bike Park with the Bike 2022 Season Pass, or with the Ski&Bike 2021/22 Season Pass.
Can I stay overnight in the resort parking lot?
Motorhomes or campervans are only allowed to spend the night in the Caubella parking lot for a maximum of 48 hours, caravans or motorhomes towed by car are not allowed. There is an authorised area, but there are no electricity, water, or waste collection points.
If a member of the station staff asks for the motorhome to be moved, the owner of the vehicle will have to change location.
It should be remembered that it is forbidden to make fires or bonfires on the ground and to camp in tents either on the asphalt or in the forest.

Is there a school with downhill instructors at the Bike Park?

Do you have a downhill equipment rental shop at the Bike Park?
There is a rental shop for downhill equipment at the Bike Park: Commençal. There are also several others very close to the La Massana Cable Car: Viladomat, Pic Negre, Riders Boutique…
Can I go with my pet?
Unfortunately, access to the Bike Park tracks with a pet (even if it is on a leash) is strictly forbidden. Pets are only allowed to enter the park as pedestrians and always on a leash to avoid possible accidents.
What should I do with my bike when I go to the restaurant?
Near the restaurant services, customers can request a free bicycle lock service, so that they can enjoy the food in our restaurants without any worries.

What is the price of the Gondola Pass and how many journeys does it include?
The price of the Gondola Pass is €12 for adults, and €6 for children and senior citizens. It includes one up and one down ride per day. Each trip lasts approximately 8 minutes.
What is the Mountain Park?
The Mountain Park is a resort with multiple leisure and adventure activities to enjoy in the open air and is in the heart of the Pal sector forest, sharing facilities, lifts, and services with the Bike Park in summer, and with the ski resort in winter.

There are also orientation circuits; hiking; and excursions in buggies, e-bikes, or mountain bikes.
These activities are suitable for children and adults?
Many of the activities are for adults and children, and some are subject to age and/or height restrictions.
How can I get to the Mountain Park?
It is possible to access the Mountain Park by road, as it is a short drive from anywhere in the county, and the views are fantastic from La Massana, through Erts and Xixerella, to the iconic village of Pal and all the way to the resort. However, you can also take the cable car from the Quart Square in La Massana (Av. del Ravell), which links to the Mountain Park in just 8 minutes.
Is there a nursery service?
During the summer season the nursery service is not available.
From what age do I have to pay for the activities?
All activities are payable. The minimum age for some activities is 18 months.
When the activity takes place, can I leave my child with the monitor?
All the instructors of the Mountain Park activities are professionals and qualified, trained to supervise each of the activities where they are assigned, to ensure the proper functioning and safety of users.
Is it necessary to wear socks in the Peke Park?
We recommend the use of socks in the Peke Park.
Can I celebrate my birthday in the Mountain Park?
The Mountain Park offers the possibility to celebrate birthday parties with various activity packages adapted to all ages and including snacks or appetizers, and of course a birthday cake.

What is the SETUP 365 pack?

What activities are there in Arinsal?
Arinsal is the main starting point for many excursions due to its proximity to the Comapedrosa Natural Park. Around the resort there are some ideal tracks for e-bike or mountain bike.
How can I access the hiking routes?
The Mountain Park map shows some of the routes that can be done within the Pal Arinsal area. Also, bearing in mind that the Comapedrosa Natural Park is in Arinsal, from there you can find some routes to reach the highest peak in Andorra, as well as the refuge, the lake… and other points of interest. Also, the GR.
Can I take the cable car to the Comapedrosa Natural Park?
Thanks to the cable car that links Coll de la Botella (Pal) with Port Negre (Arinsal), access to the Refuge and Comapedrosa Natural Park is even easier. The lift runs from 1st July to 11th September from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Do I need a pass to go hiking in the resort?
No. You only need a pass if you want to use the lifts to access any of the hiking routes.
What can I do in the Comapedrosa Natural Park?
The Comapedrosa Natural Park offers a multitude of medium and high mountain hiking routes, as well as a wide range of flora and fauna of the Pyrenees, where some autochthonous species coexist and where you can admire, for example, representative samples of dry-stone construction. Through different paths, you can access the Refuge and the lake (with fishing enclosure) and climb up to the peak. The panoramic view, from every point, is breathtaking.
Do I need to book the refuge?

Do you have specific food for intolerances?

When are the restaurants open?
Some restaurants open on 10th June, others on 11th June at weekends, and from 24th June or 1st July they are open every day until 11th September. On the other hand, the FOOD TRACK operates on weekends in April, May, and June.

What products do you offer?
Summer sports to enjoy the mountains in an alternative way. Snowplus is no longer just for winter. In summer, the school swaps skis for wheels and goes down the Bike Park tracks. But it also offers new experiences and learning with suitable options for all ages, even for the youngest ones.
When does Snowplus operate?
Snowplus theme weeks (Monday to Friday) start on 4th July and end on 9th September.
What is the philosophy of Snowplus?
What it is, and when does the camp take place?
The Snowplus Bike Camp has not yet set a date. This campus will be run by instructors from the Bike School of Pal Arinsal Bike Park Andorra, trained in first aid and by the School of Mountain Sports Professions Training (EFPEM), with a level 2 downhill qualification.
For a week, a small group, maximum of 6 children/adolescents, will enjoy the Bike Park facilities and other activities related to mountain biking and nature, always in the company of our instructors, so that they can spend a fabulous week.

18th April: last day of the 2021-22 ski season.
Can I access the resort, even if it is closed?
The resort remains closed until the start of the summer season, on 10th June 2022. Until then, all lifts are closed, and most services are not available. The use of tracks and facilities is not permitted; in any case, users who use them without the usual maintenance do so under their own responsibility and at their own risk.
What should I do if I have Black Friday / White Friday / Andorra Shopping promotional passes and I haven’t used them?
Unfortunately, the expiry date of these promotions was 18th April 2022 after the extensions established during the pandemic, so if you have not used the ski passes purchased in 2019, 2020 or 2021, they can no longer be redeemed or used in the future.
When does the season start, and how long does it last?
The 2022/23 season starts on 2nd December and ends on 16th April. If the weather conditions allow it.

Where can I ski with the Ski&Bike Season Pass?

The Valls del Nord pass is valid for skiing in Pal Arinsal and Ordino-Arcalís.
Booking in Pal or Arinsal?
Both schools have qualified professional instructors who speak different languages to help you learn both skiing and snowboarding. Likewise, both in Pal and Arinsal there are tracks and lifts adapted to all levels: from beginners with level 0 to the most demanding and experienced.
If you are staying in la Massana, perhaps the most convenient option would be to book at the Pal School due to its proximity and direct access by the gondola. In the case of staying in Erts or Arinsal, the best option would be to book at the Arinsal School.

Where do I have to show up for the class?
On the first day of the class, you must go to the school where you have booked the lessons at least one hour before the start of the class to check your booking, obtain the corresponding ticket and find out where to meet the instructor at the agreed time.
The Arinsal School is located at the foot of the slopes in the Comallemple Building (Arinsal 1,950m).
The Pal School is located at the foot of the slopes in the Planell Building (Pal 1,760 m).
Where can I stay to go to Pal Arinsal?
Pal and Arinsal are very close to any point in central Andorra, so any of the most central accommodation in the country is just a few minutes’ drive away.
If you are staying in Escaldes-Engordany or Andorra la Vella, it is only 5 or 6 km to La Massana, where you will find the cable car to Pal (18 km by road). Arinsal, on the other hand, is only 4 km from la Massana.
